The British University in Egypt (BUE) . The summit will take place in person at the host university. Further venue and arrival information will be communicated through the official event channels when available.
Attendance
Participation is in person. Participants are responsible for submitting accurate registration details and following the instructions provided by the organizing committee.

All applications are reviewed by the organizing committee.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or confirm participation. Participants will be notified of the application outcome by email.
2. Registration Information and Changes
Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration information and submitting the requested documents.
Requests to correct or update registration information must be submitted before registration closes.
Requests to change selected attendance days after submission will be reviewed individually by the organizing committee.

3. Participation Fees and Payment
The participation fees are:
- EGP 200 for standard participation.
- EGP 300 for participation with transportation.
Available payment methods are InstaPay and mobile wallet.
Participants must submit the required transaction reference and payment proof.

4. Transportation
Participants who select transportation will pay the applicable additional fee.
